2023 Host Hotel - Hyatt Regency Louisville - 320 W Jefferson St, Louisville, KY 40202.
The Hyatt Regency Louisville, located in the heart of downtown is the host hotel for Bourbon Classic 2023. Friday and Saturday events will be held at the Hyatt so get your room now for an easy commute after the event.

The cut-off date for hotel reservations at this special event rate is Wednesday, February 1, 2023. After this date, the hotel will honor reservations on a space and rate availability basis. We encourage you to book your reservations at your earliest opportunity.
What to Wear
The attire for Bourbon Classic events is Smart Casual - neat yet casual attire. Nice jeans, slacks or dresses are appropriate.
Must be 21 or older to attend.
Friday and Saturday events will be held at the Hyatt Regency Louisville - 320 W Jefferson St, Louisville, KY 40202.
Indoor parking is available at Commonwealth Garage, which is attached to the hotel and is accessible from Jefferson Street between 3rd and 4th Street.
Additional parking is available near the hotel.
- Surface lot located at 416 West Jefferson St.
- 4th Street Live parking garage located at 425S South 5th St.
- Street parking is available after 6PM.
Bourbon Classic will take photos at each event. By purchasing tickets you acknowledge and agree that these photos are for Bourbon Classic’s use only and may appear on the Bourbon Classic website, social media outlets, or other future Bourbon Classic promotional material. This also includes photos uploaded using the Bourbon Classic app.
Health and Safety Requirements
In light of COVID-19 measures being relaxed by the CDC, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the City of Louisville, Bourbon Classic will NOT REQUIRE individuals participating in the event to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to attend at this time.
Bourbon Classic is committed to hosting unique and interactive events showcasing Kentucky’s native spirit and culinary community. We intend to deliver a safe event, allowing our attendees, sponsors and speakers to connect, learn and network - while gathering in a spirit of hospitality and safety. In light of that commitment, the health & wellbeing of our guests and employees is our top priority. Bourbon Classic will continue to follow CDC & City of Louisville COVID-19 mandates to ensure the safety of our staff & guests.
We will update our protocols if and when necessary and reserve the right to require vaccination or negative COVID-19 tests should circumstances change where we feel in our judgment these measures would enhance the health and safety of Bourbon Classic attendees.
By participating in this event, attendees acknowledge the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and additionally acknowledge that Bourbon Classic cannot guarantee attendees will not be infected with Coronavirus/COVID-19.
