Bourbon Classic SAVOR:
A Bourbon and Culinary Experience

Bourbon Classic is thrilled to welcome the Blackberry Farm culinary team to Bourbon Country for a sit-down dinner that will feature a Bourbon tasting of Pappy Van Winkle 15-Year-Old Bourbon. The Frazier Museum in Downtown Louisville will play host to this event in their new exhibit Spirits of the Bluegrass: Prohibition and Kentucky. There will be a cocktail hour before the sit-down meal that will include a tasting of the ultra-rare Pappy Van Winkle 15-Year-Old Bourbon, co-hosted by Preston Van Winkle who is co-owner of the Pappy Van Winkle line of Bourbons. After cocktails and Pappy, folks will enjoy a four-course meal prepared by Blackberry Farm's Corporate Chef Josh Feathers.

Editor of The Bourbon Review and Co-Founder of the Bourbon Classic, Justin Thompson adds, "For the last decade, Blackberry Farm has mopped up almost every major food and hospitality honor, including multiple James Beard Awards.  We are very excited for them to come to Bourbon Country.  It is very rare for Chef Feathers to share his talents for a sit-down dinner away from his kitchen at Blackberry Farm so we couldn't be more pleased.  Plus, there's Pappy!"
